Initially established as a family business, our company has grown quickly in the past 17 years. As a reliable automotive molds manufacturer, we make great efforts in the R&D and manufacturing of premium auto molds. We have strong cooperation endeavors with our customers around the world, most notably with companies like Chang’an Automotive, Hawtai Automobile, Dongfeng Xiaokang Automotive, Chery Automobile, Foton Motor, Lifan Motor, GAC Gonow, Harbin Hafei Group, and China National Heavy Duty Truck. We have significant experience manufacturing automobile molds and thanks to our partners we reached 180 million Yuan in sales in 2013.
This great progress could have been made without the standard management system we have adopted. Over the past few years we have gone through great changes. We started as a small family business specialized in the production of sheet metals and have become a full service automotive mold manufacturer. 2003 was the year that we underwent a complete management overhaul and restructured our company from within. Since then we ran much more efficiently and were no longer hampered by the mistakes made by the previous management style. We effectively became a much more modernized business.
Mold design is the most important step in the entire automotive designs. Many essential factors such as the materials, feasibility, safety and convenience have been taken into consideration by our senior engineers and technicians. The past 17 years has witnessed our great efforts exerted in the R&D and manufacture of automotive molds. Especially, our manufacturing capacity has been dramatically improved due to cooperation with our customers all round the world. We have created a comprehensive manufacturing system that includes 3D modeling, simulation analysis, stamping process optimization, mold designing, NC manufacturing program and product inspection and debugging to ensure high precision, reliability and long service life of our molds.
In our production facilities we use a variety of state-of-the-art equipment. We employ 25 types of large manufacturing machines including a five-faced high speed CNC machining center, 10 mold debugging machines, and a 3D and 5-axi laser cutting machine. Our machine suppliers include Okuma(Japan), Mitsubishi(Japan), Hexagon Metrology(US), Vision Wide Tech(Taiwan), FFG(Taiwan), She Hong Industrial(Taiwan), and Xuzhou Forging Machine Tool Plant Group. These high tech machines along with our exemplary production team help make us the industry leader that we are today.
Here are the major efforts we have done to realize this goal
1. To facilitate the R&D of molds, we have built up the DFMEA - a data bank - to accumulate useful historical product data gained from previous projects. At the same time, we use CAE analysis technology in the R&D of new products, which, together with our data bank significantly promotes our analysis work and leaves more time for the procedures of the entire mold design. The standardized processes of product design also help refine each procedure and reduce time consumed. Thanks to the excellent upfront design, debugging of molds can be finished in much less time.
2. To ensure the materials thoroughly satisfy the production requirements of our molds, we have set a set of strict procedures and standards for the purchasing of castings, standard parts, and non-standard parts. Most of the time we will have two to three candidate suppliers for each part. After a rigorous examination on their qualifications(such as manufacturing capacity, product quality, delivery cycle, after-sale service and price and so on), we will select the most suitable one as our supplier, ensuring the quality of our auto molds that perfectly meet the requirements of our customers.
